For us, this also includes self-determination in the workplace. You decide whether and when you work from home or in the office. And if you want to work in the office, you have your own room. Open-plan offices do not provide a suitable working environment for us.

We see ourselves as an organically growing entity that gains strength through the addition of talented colleagues, lawyers, and partners. Because people make the difference—even and especially in a digital world.

Why “law firm”
and not “lawyer” firm?

Why don’t we call ourselves a “lawyer’s office” or “attorney’s office”?
Quite simply because this designation does not appeal to female lawyers. Equality is part of the DNA of our firm as a company with strong leadership personalities. For us, the gender issue does not arise. It’s about the matter at hand, humanity, and equality.
