About us

The law firm was founded on January 1, 2025 by Prof. Dr. Heinz-Uwe Dettling. Our specialty is the legal advice and representation of companies in healthcare law, including digital law. With our decades of experience and highly specialized expertise, we support start-ups, medium-sized companies, international corporations and associations in all health law and digital law challenges.

Our motivation

We advise companies on difficult contract and arbitration negotiations as well as on challenging internal projects, including the training of management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders. We represent our clients in proceedings before authorities and in court proceedings up to the Federal Constitutional Court and the European Court of Justice. But we also provide support for day-to-day business within the company.

This also includes support in the effective operation of quality management systems, including meeting the requirements for human oversight of artificial intelligence, for example in the case of medical devices as high-risk AI systems.
